🐾 Refund & Return Policy – Papaya & Melon 🐾

We want you (and your furry friend) to love every item from Papaya & Melon! 💛 But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

📦 Returns

Since we work with various trusted suppliers, return eligibility depends on the product and its origin. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
• You may be asked to send photos as proof before a return or refund is approved.
• Some items (like personalized or hygienic products) may not be eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved:
• You’ll receive a full or partial refund depending on the issue.
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
• In some cases, a replacement may be sent instead of a refund (your choice!).

❗ Important Notes
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end.
• As a dropshipping brand, return shipping may be to our supplier’s location, which can vary.
